Will Parker is an award-winning London-based arranger, orchestrator, composer, guitarist and musical supervisor working across theatre, film and TV. His work spans the West End, major regional theatres, live concerts and screen, collaborating with leading composers, producers and performers on productions ranging from intimate musicals to large-scale concerts.

A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, Will most recently served as musical supervisor, arranger and orchestrator for the UK premiere of Disney’s Freaky Friday, collaborating directly with Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Tom Kitt. He also joined the music team for Pride at the National Theatre, is associate orchestrator for My Fair Lady at Chichester Festival Theatre, and made his debut as arranger and orchestrator with the Orchestra of the English National Opera at the London Coliseum on Total Eclipse: Symphonic Steinman. His work on Rachel Zegler Live at the London Palladium, for which he transcribed and arranged Rachel Zegler’s original songs, contributed to the production receiving the 2026 WhatsOnStage Award for Best Concert Event.

Will has collaborated with leading artists including Self Esteem, Rachel Zegler and Alex Lacamoire, and has served as associate musical supervisor to performers including Ramin Karimloo, Ruthie Henshall, Amber Davies and Zizi Strallen. He has recently served as associate to Tom Kelly (Hello Dolly!, Pride, Aspects of Love) and Joe Beighton (SIX, 42 Balloons, Babies, Hot Mess) on various projects.

Alongside his work as an arranger and orchestrator, Will is regularly engaged as an aural transcriber and music copyist. His transcription work includes Self Esteem’s A Complicated Woman for Universal Music Group, prepared for both its West End run at the Duke of York’s Theatre and subsequent performance at Glastonbury Festival 2025. He has also recently collaborated closely with composers Christopher Nightingale, Nick Butcher, Isobel Waller-Bridge and Chinchilla across several theatre, concert and recording projects.
